- What does the Small Package include?
It includes a number of accident covers including reimbursement of treatment cost, permanent disability and personal assistance in the event of an accident and a compensation for funeral expenses. Also included in the package are unused subscriptions/lessons and the Virtual Hospital remote medicine service for policies lasting at least one week , which provides 15 specialists from different disciplines for remote and video consultations.
- What does the Large Package include?
In addition to the accident cover of the Small Package, including reimbursement of expenses, permanent disability and personal assistance in the event of an accident, there is also per diem for hospitalisation due to accident and per diem in the event of plaster cast application. Also included in the package is the Virtual Hospital remote medicine service for policies lasting at least one week.
- What is the restriction on sports risks and how does it work?
If you choose the limitation to sporting risks, it will be paid a compensation of 50% or 70% based on the sporting practice carried out, without prejudice to the expected exclusions. Consult the information set for further details.
- When does the cover starts and ends?
The duration of insurance is indicated in the policy form and takes effect from midnight on the day indicated on the policy form if a date later than the payment date has been chosen; or if the chosen date coincides with the date the insurance policy is taken out, it takes effect from the moment when payment is successful.
- What is protected by the Liability Insurance?
Reale Mutua shall indemnify the insured party for the amount he/she is obliged to pay to third party in the case of death, personal injury or property damage caused unintentionally during activities carried out in one's free time. For further details, please consult the information set.
- Can I be insured if I am not Italian?
You can insure yourself even if you are not Italian, but you must be a citizen of a state that is part of the European Economic Area (EEA). Non-Italian citizens may take out the policy for no more than 4 months and must declare that they will remain in Italian territory for no more than 4 months. Some covers or packages, like the not-insured service, may not be available to non-Italian citizens. For further details, please consult the information set.
- How do I use the non-insurance services?
With the purchase of insurance and during its validity period, Reale Mutua offers a service charter free of charge that allows non-insurance services to be used on the dedicated online platform via the link provided during subscription, by entering a PIN that was also provided at that time.The use of non-insurance services is reserved only for customers domiciled in Italy and who take out a policy of no less than a weekly duration.
